OK, so there is a Facebook account that my friend and I did not see him. Ask your name and likeness, but not with this account and have no idea who did it. In fact, remained with Facebook a year ago because he realized that someone must go on your own thought, it could be your roommate, but no longer live together now, this has further made his name here. Is it legal to use one elses name and information on Facebook? It seems that the account is fairly new, because there are only about 20 friends in it.
